Start by cutting cold butter into small cubes and then creaming it with your sugars.
When it is fully creamed add your two eggs and vanilla and mix.
In a separate medium bowl whisk your dry ingredients together.
Add to your wet ingredients in 2-3 batches. Don’t overmix! Just mix until incorporated.
Gently fold in your chocolate chips.
Form cookie mounds without rolling them, about 100g each.
Place in fridge overnight.
Preheat your oven to 400 F and bake for 10 minutes the next day. Don’t open the oven at all during the baking process!
