Healthy Greek Yogurt Pizza Crust (gluten Free, High Protein)
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray with oil.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix dry ingredients.

  3. Add Greek yogurt and mix well until a sticky dough forms.

  4. Lightly spray hands with oil and roll dough into a ball. Place onto parchment paper lined sheet.

  5. Spray the top of the dough and add another sheet of parchment paper on top.

  6. Roll until desired thinness is reached, then form into the edges into a crust shape.

  7. Bake for 15-17 min or until lightly golden brown.

  8. Add toppings and bake about 10 min until melted or warmed.

  9. Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
