Cook pasta according to packaging. Drain. Stir in some olive oil. Set aside.
In a pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Brown italian sausage. Add onion and garlic, cook 5 min.
Add tomato paste and italian seasoning. Cook 2-3 min. Season with salt and pepper.
Add chicken broth. Cook 5-6 min or until broth has reduced by half.
Lower heat and stir in heavy cream. Cook 2-3 min.
Stir in parmesan. Add in cooked pasta.
Serve with red pepper flakes and additional parmesan.
