Greek Yoghurt Almond Croissant Bread
  1. Mix everything in a bowl to make a thick dough

  2. Use your hands to squeeze and roll the dough into a soft and smooth ball, it should not sticky. Add more flour if needed

  3. Roll the dough into a sausage then twist and curve it into a croissant shape

  4. Prod extra almonds into the top of the dough

  5. Air fry on 180C for 12 mins, turn over then bake for another 3-5 mins. Or oven bake on 180C for 25 mins

  6. Dust generously with icing sugar
