Easy Homemade Bread
  1. In a large bowl, combine four cups of bread flour, a tablespoon of yeast, and a teaspoon of salt.

  2. Gradually mix in two cups of warm water until the mixture is wet and sticky.

  3. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for two hours in a warm place, such as the oven with the light on.

  4. After two hours, the dough should have doubled in size.

  5. Sprinkle some flour on your work surface, wet your fingers, and gently pull the dough out of the bowl.

  6. Stretch and fold the dough over itself without kneading, then let it rest for 30 minutes.

  7. While the dough is resting, preheat your oven to 450°F.

  8. Transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper and place it in the oven as it heats up.

  9. Bake the bread for 30 minutes, then remove it from the oven and return it for an additional 15 minutes.
