Yummy Chicken Thigh Recipes
  1. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towel.

  2. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Rub seasoning on both sides of chicken.

  4. Heat olive oil in skillet. Place chicken skin-side down and cook 7–8 mins until crispy.

  5. Flip and cook another 15–25 mins until internal temp is 165°F.

  6. Remove chicken. Melt butter in skillet, add shallot and garlic. Cook 1 min.

  7. Stir in broth, lemon juice, thyme, and pepper flakes.

  8. Lower heat, stir in cream, and simmer 5–7 mins until thickened.

  9. Return chicken to pan. Spoon sauce over and garnish with parsley.

  10. Serve warm.
