Chawanmushi (japanese Steamed Egg Custard)
  1. Slice a few shiitake mushrooms, peas, etc

  2. Mix eggs with hondashi dashi stock and pour into a small lidded container to steam

  3. Add prepared vegetablesto the egg mixture

  4. Steam on low heat slowly until set, around 10 minutes

  5. Serve when silky texture is achieved
