Meal Prep Baked Oats - Snickers
  1. Preheat your oven to fan 180C

  2. Mix together the banana, oats, protein powder, baking powder and milk in a 9x6 baking dish

  3. Mix in half of the chocolate chunks, then sprinkle the other half over the top alongside the peanuts

  4. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes

  5. Let the dish cool for 5-10 minutes before drizzling with peanut butter and slicing up

  6. Serve up with yoghurt and extra peanut butter if desired

  7. Store the remaining portions in an airtight container in the fridge

  8. Microwave your portion for 1 minute when you want it, or have it cold for an oat bar vibe
