Airfryer Almond Croissant Baked Oats
  1. Add all the ingredients for the baked oats to a large bowl and mix well

  2. Make the almond filling by mixing ground almonds, honey and almond butter together, adding a splash of water or milk until it forms a thick paste

  3. Divide the oat mixture evenly between four oven-safe glass dishes and add around 1 tbsp of the almond filling to each, gently swirling it through the oats

  4. Sprinkle over some flaked almonds, then air fry at 170°C for 13-15 minutes, depending on how gooey you like your baked oats

  5. Leave to cool slightly, then finish with a light dusting of icing sugar before serving
