Lay out wrapper diagonally, add a strip of banana, crushed grahams, chocolate, and marshmallow in the center. Fold and roll tightly sealing the edge with water.
Take a second wrapper, place the first wrapped roll seam-side down in the center, and wrap again.
Heat oil to medium. Fry the turon until golden and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil.
In the same hot oil, add brown sugar. Let it melt and once the caramel starts floating and bubbling, carefully add the fried turon back into the oil. Toss gently to coat evenly with caramel.
Remove turon from oil and place on a rack or parchment to cool slightly. Serve warm.
