Hidden Veggie Gluten Free Cheezits
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. Process together the cheese, butter, and carrots until totally blended. Add the flour and mix until just combined.

  3. Roll out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a pizza cutter to cut strips horizontally and then vertically to form square crackers. Use a toothpicks to poke a hole in the middle of each cracker. Sprinkle on sea salt.

  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown. Let sit to crisp up and then break into pieces. Enjoy!
