Ground Turkey And Zucchini Skillet
  1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the ground turkey and break it apart as it cooks until browned.

  3. Add the diced zucchini and any other vegetables, stirring them in and cooking for a few minutes.

  4. Sprinkle in the smoked paprika, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, stirring to coat the turkey and veggies.

  5. Add the drained diced tomatoes and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
