In a large pan, add the uncooked pasta, chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place a lid on the pan and turn the heat on to medium high.
Once the liquid begins to boil, remove the lid and allow the mixture to simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Add the chopped broccoli to the pan and simmer until the pasta is al dente. Turn the heat down to low.
Stir in the chopped rotisserie chicken and can of cheddar soup. Stir until mixed evenly.
Add the shredded cheese to the pan and stir until melted.
Serve immediately!
