Cottage Cheese High-protein Sandwich Thins
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly coat with nonstick spray.

  2. Add the cottage cheese, egg, and garlic powder to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the almond flour and baking powder until combined.

  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Flatten each portion into a 4- to 5-inch round. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, if using.

  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden on top.

  7. Let cool before using for sandwiches.
