Lauki Rava Dosa
  1. Grind 350 - 400gms Lauki/ Bottle Gourd (One medium sized) with 1 Cup water. (Remove the seed of lauki before grinding)

  2. Then add 1 + ½ Cup Rice Flour, ½ Cup Semolina, 1 Cup Water. Mix well, Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Then add 4 Cups Water, 4 Tbsp Chopped Carrot, 4 Tbsp Chopped Onion, 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 Tsp Chopped Ginger, 10-15 Curry Leaves Chopped, 2 Green Chilly Chopped, Coriander Leaves, Salt. Mix well & pour it on a hot tawa as shown in the video. Apply some ghee on top

  4. Enjoy this with some coconut chutney and tamatar ka achaar!
