Slow Cooker Butter Chicken Curry With Homemade Cheese Naan
  1. Dice the chicken into 2cm pieces then add to a bowl with the rest of the chicken ingredients.

  2. Mix well then marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

  3. Once marinated add the chicken to the slow cooker along with all the curry sauce ingredients except for the cream & fresh coriander.

  4. Mix well then cook on high for 4 hours.

  5. Add the cream & fresh coriander then cook for another 30 mins.

  6. Serve with pilau rice & naan bread for the perfect mid week meal!
