Honey Dijon Chicken With Capers
  1. Salt and Pepper chicken on both sides to season.

  2. Heat oil over med. high in frying pan, cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side.

  3. Pour in broth, capers, rosemary and thyme.

  4. Return to simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Stir in mustard, butter and honey and immediately remove from heat.

  6. Serve with spooning remaining sauce over each breast.
