Cook ½ lb pasta in salted water until al dente
Add 1 cup flour, salt, pepper & garlic powder to one dish
Add 1 cup of breadcrumbs to another dish
Add 2 scrambled eggs to a bowl
Dunk 2 thin chicken breasts in flour, egg, and then breadcrumbs
Add 1 cup canola oil to a pan and heat
Cook the chicken in the pan until crispy and brown on both sides
Melt 3 tbsp butter in another pan with 1 tbsp olive oil
Add 3 cloves minced garlic and cook until fragrant
Add 1.5 cups heavy cream, mix, and bring to a simmer
Season, lower the heat, and add 1 cup parmesan
Add a spoonful of Alfredo sauce to each piece of chicken and then top with mozzarella
Broil until the cheese is melted
Add the cooked pasta to the remaining sauce with a dash of pasta water and a bit more parmesan
