Sautéed Kale
  1. Using a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic; sauté until the garlic is fragrant, about one minute. Add the chopped kale to the skillet, then turn the heat to high and add the broth; stir to coat. Cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.

  2. Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes, then cook uncovered for 2-3 more minutes (or until there is no liquid left).

  3. Turn off heat, then add red wine vinegar and toss to coat the sautéed kale.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
