Mango Basil Shrimp Tacos! 🥭🍤🌮 This recipe has to be one of my favorites that I’ve made. It’s incredibly fresh, bursting with flavor, and absolutely delicious. The combination of shrimp, mango, and basil creates a refreshing and flavorful dish that I can’t wait for you to try! It’s sure to become a new favorite on your dinner menu. 🌮🍤🥭🌿

My youngest daughter devours this shrimp like it’s hotcakes 😂 — she’s obsessed. It’s just that good!

Ingredients:

    Mango Basil Salsa:

    Smoked Paprika Shrimp:

To prep the mango salsa, chop all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and add freshly squeezed lime juice.

To prep the shrimp: pat dry your shrimp with a paper towel until completely dry. Drizzle with olive oil and season with all the spices listed in the ingredients. Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Coat your pan with olive oil and preheat to medium-high temperature. Add shrimp and cook for 1.5-2 minutes per side. Be quick and prepared to flip it :) Don’t cook it longer; it’s juiciest and best when cooked properly.

I used Siete almond flour tortillas. Warm up your tortillas; I like to heat them over an open flame for a few seconds on each side. Then, add mango salsa, shrimp, and jalapeño sauce on top.
