Easiest Smoked Salmon Quiche
  1. Melt 75g water with 100g butter in a saucepan.

  2. Off the heat, add 200g plain flour and mix until it becomes a dough.

  3. Spread the dough with your hands in the tin.

  4. Layer a pack of smoked salmon on the dough.

  5. Add grated cheddar cheese to taste.

  6. Mix 3 eggs with 300ml double cream, season with salt and pepper, and pour on top.

  7. Bake for around 45 minutes at 180 Celsius.
