Melt 75g water with 100g butter in a saucepan.
Off the heat, add 200g plain flour and mix until it becomes a dough.
Spread the dough with your hands in the tin.
Layer a pack of smoked salmon on the dough.
Add grated cheddar cheese to taste.
Mix 3 eggs with 300ml double cream, season with salt and pepper, and pour on top.
Bake for around 45 minutes at 180 Celsius.
