For one serving. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add shaved beef and cook 1–2 minutes, flipping halfway, until just cooked through.
Add Soyaki sauce and stir to coat the beef.
Stir in the coleslaw mix and cook 1 minute, just until slightly wilted.
Add the squiggly noodles and pour in ½ cup water.
Cover and cook 3–4 minutes, until noodles are tender.
Uncover, toss everything together, and cook 30–60 seconds to thicken the sauce.
Serve with optional sliced green onion and sesame seeds if desired.
