1 pkg firm tofu
⅓ c shoyu
3 Tbsp lime juice
1 bunch cilantro
¼ lb bean sprouts
1 red pepper, diced
1 c pecans
¼ sesame seeds
Cube tofu into ½" cubes
Combine shoyu and lime juice, add to tofu. Marinate tofu for at least ½ hr.
Toast pecans and sesame seeds in the oven or frying pan.
On a serving plate, place tofu, topped with bean sprouts, cilantro, red pepper, pecans and sesame seeds. Drizzle dressing over everything.
