Preheat oven to 375F
Spray a 9x13" pan with non-stick spray
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 3 cups flour, orange zest and ½ tsp salt
Add 1 cup cold, chopped butter, 1 egg, and 1 tsp vanilla and mix until the mixture is crumbly
Pour a little less than ¾ of the mixture into the bottom of the pan and using your hands, spread evenly along the bottom of the pan
For the filling, stir together the 5 cups of fresh berries, ½ cup sugar, 4 tsp cornstarch and orange juice and spread evenly on the crust
Sprinkle the remaining topping over the fruit
Bake about 40-45 minutes or until the top is light golden brown and the fruit is bubbling
