Homemade Peanut Butter
  1. Start with roasted peanuts, but roast them again at 400°F for 5 minutes. This boosts the flavor and helps release the peanuts naturals oils.

  2. Add to a blender or food processor and blend on high until grainy. Once grainy, scrape down the sides of your container.

  3. Blend again until smooth and creamy.

  4. Add salt and honey, blend once more, and you're done.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks (or on the counter for 3–5 days if you'll finish it fast).
