Baked Caesar Chicken (easy 4-ingredient Recipe)
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8"x11" baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Pound the chicken (if needed) to an even thickness of about ¾” to 1” using a meat mallet or rolling pin inside a sealed plastic bag.

  3. Season each chicken breast with grated Parmesan cheese and a bit of black pepper. Place them in the prepared baking dish.

  4. Mix the Caesar dressing and sour cream in a small bowl until smooth. Spoon the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.

  5. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

  6. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 150°F.

  7. Broil for an additional 2–4 minutes, just until the tops are golden brown and bubbly. Watch closely to avoid burning.

  8. Rest the chicken for 5–10 minutes (covered loosely with foil) before serving. The final internal temp should reach 165°F.

  9. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
