Smokehouse Burnt Ends Dip

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix cream cheese, mayo, BBQ rub, and BBQ sauce until smooth.

  3. Add chopped brisket.

  4. Add 1 ½ cup shredded pepperjack cheese, fold.

  5. Finally, add @ ¼ cup green onion.

  6. Put dip into cast iron skillet or baking pan.

  7. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup shredded pepperjack cheese on top.

  8. Put in oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the sides are golden brown.

  9. Add extra BBQ sauce on top.

  10. Garnish with green onions.
