Place sushi rice in bowl.
In a circular direction, add avocado, cucumber, carrots, jalapeño, green onion, sprouts and seaweed around edge of bowl. Do not place on top of the rice directly within the center of bowl.
Add mayo and Sriracha to separate bowl and stir to combine.
Add Wild Planet tuna to Sriracha mayo mixture and gently mix to combine.
Place tuna mixture onto the center of rice-filled bowl.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a drizzle of soy sauce. Enjoy!
