Add brown sugar and ground cinnamon

Pour the sweet potatoes onto a well-greased baking pan
Arrange them in a single layer and space them out evenly
Bake at 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes
Every 10 minutes, toss the sweet potatoes with a spatula to prevent burning
Check doneness by piercing with a toothpick to ensure they are soft inside
