  1. Peel the sweet potatoes

  2. Cut sweet potatoes into cubes of equal size

  3. Transfer cubed sweet potatoes into a large mixing bowl

  4. Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potatoes and toss well

  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika

  6. Add brown sugar and ground cinnamon

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix everything together very well

  8. Pour the sweet potatoes onto a well-greased baking pan

  9. Arrange them in a single layer and space them out evenly

  10. Bake at 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes

  11. Every 10 minutes, toss the sweet potatoes with a spatula to prevent burning

  12. Check doneness by piercing with a toothpick to ensure they are soft inside
