Chili-Lime Sweet Potato Wedges
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400F for about 5 minutes. Stir together chili powder, lime zest, salt, cumin, and coriander in a large bowl. Add potato wedges and oil; toss to coat.

  2. Arrange potato wedges in an even layer in preheated basket. Cook at 400F until tender inside and crispy on the outside, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and additional lime zest; serve with lime wedges.
