Creamy Tahini Broccoli Crunch Salad
  1. Add the broccoli, carrots, red onion, chickpeas, cilantro, sunflower seeds, almonds, and craisins/raisins to a large serving bowl.

  2. Make the creamy tahini dressing by combining the tahini, dijon mustard, lemon juice, maple syrup, cumin, curry powder, turmeric, and sea salt. Add enough water to thin the dressing to your desired consistency.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

  4. Let the salad sit for an hour or even overnight to allow the veggies to absorb the dressing.

  5. Serve the salad cold and enjoy!
