Maple Chili Butternut Squash
  1. Peel and cube the butternut squash

  2. Pre-heat oven to 350°Fahrenheit

  3. Toss butternut squash in 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup, ½ teaspoon chili pepper and grated fresh ginger

  4. Place cubed squash in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet

  5. Bake butternut squash for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through
