  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Prepare an 8 x 8 glass or ceramic baking dish lined with parchment paper. Set aside.

  4. Add the melted coconut oil and maple syrup in and whisk again until the mixture is foamy and bubbly.

  5. Adjust the sweetener to your preference.

  6. Combine the dry ingredients together in a medium-size mixing bowl and stir until well combined.

  7. Transfer the dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients and stir until well combined.

  8. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

  9. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden.

  10. Store in an air-tight BPA-free container.
