Preheat Oven:
400°F / 200°C / Gas Mark 6
Lightly grease muffin tin(s).
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the mashed potato, grated cheeses, eggs, spring onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Fill Muffin Tins:
Spoon the potato mixture into prepared muffin tin(s), filling each cup to about ¾ full.
Bake:
Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden and puffs are set.
Serve:
Allow puff to cool slightly before removing from tin. Serve warm.
