Preheat oven to 190C/375°F or cook in air-fryer at 176C/350F
Place slices of cheese in each muffin mold, to cover the base.
Crack one egg into each mold.
Add your favorite toppings on top of the egg.
Cook for 17 minutes in the oven or in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
