Microwave Egg White Protein Oats
  1. Grab a microwave-safe bowl and add your gluten-free quick oats, water, cinnamon and salt. Give it a stir to make sure the oats are fully submerged.

  2. Pop the bowl in the microwave and cook for 45 seconds. Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t overflow.

  3. Carefully take the bowl out of the microwave and pour in the egg whites. Mix them in well with the oats.

  4. Put the bowl back in the microwave and cook in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the egg whites are fully cooked and the oatmeal is thick and creamy. This should take about 1-2 minutes in total.

  5. Mix everything together until well combined. Now add your protein powder for more flavour and even more protein.

  6. Add your favorite toppings and serve immediately!
