Fold the risen dough with your hands (wet or oil your hands)
Cover and let it rest in a warm environment for 15 minutes
Fold the dough again and let it rest for 15 minutes
Repeat the folding process 3 times total, with 15 minute intervals between each fold
After the final fold, let it rest for 15 minutes
Place the dough on a floured surface without folding
Cut into 6 or 9 equal pieces
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 25-30 minutes
