Toast 3 slices of sourdough and butter with 1 tbsp salted butter to make toast flakes
Brown the 80g butter in a pan
Mix browned butter with white sugar, dark brown sugar, and white miso
Add egg, egg yolk, vanilla, and black treacle to the butter mixture
Fold in plain flour, bicarb, baking powder, and salt
Add 280g chocolate and 60g of the toast flakes to the dough
Roll dough into balls and coat with additional toast flakes
Chill the cookie dough
Bake at 190°C for 8-10 minutes
Top with extra chocolate while still warm and allow to cool slightly before serving
