Everything Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread
  1. In a bowl, mix lukewarm water with dry active yeast and let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy.

  2. Add ½ cup of your cheese, 2 tablespoons of everything but the bagel seasoning, salt and your bread flour. (Feel free to use 2 or 3 tablespoons of the seasoning—depending on how bold you like the flavor!)

  3. Combine everything by hand in a circular motion until a rough dough forms.

  4. Cover and let rise in a shady spot for 2–3 hours, until doubled in size.

  5. Lightly flour your work surface and transfer the dough onto it.

  6. Flatten the dough, sprinkle with ½ cup of your cheese and some more seasoning.

  7. Slice the dough into thirds, stack the layers, and slice again into thirds.

  8. Turn your loaf pan sideways and layer each dough piece with parmesan between each layer. Use 1 cup of your cheese for this and save a little to top the bread.

  9. Let the assembled dough rest for another 10-15 minutes then top with the remaining cheese.

  10. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40-45 minutes until golden and cheesy. Enjoy (:

If you prefer a very cheesy bread, feel free to add an extra half cup of cheese in your dough!
