Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, sliced
200g pasta penne or spaghetti
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
Add mushrooms and cook until soft. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Toss in the cooked pasta, mixing well to coat.
