Add rice, mushrooms, French onion soup, beef broth, butter, and ¾ cup parmesan to a 9x13 dish.
Stir together.
Place chicken thighs on top.
Season chicken with salt, onion powder, paprika, and garlic powder.
Top with ¼ cup parmesan.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 10–15 more minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
