Crock Pot Mississippi Chicken Chili
  1. Place the chicken into the bottom of a 5–6 quart crock pot.

  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix, brown gravy mix, garlic powder, and black pepper evenly over the chicken.

  3. Pour chicken broth over the top. Then add drained beans, sliced pepperoncini, and their juice.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours, until chicken is tender and shreds easily.

  5. Remove chicken, shred into bite-size pieces, and return to the crock pot.

  6. Add in cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until fully combined.

  7. Cover again and let cook for 10 more minutes to melt the cream cheese.

  8. Remove the lid and let chili rest for 10 minutes before serving to thicken.
