3 ripe but firm Bosc pears, halved and cored
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp honey

¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled
4 dried figs, chopped
¼ cup toasted walnuts, chopped
🍯 Finish
2 tbsp honey, for drizzling
Fresh thyme (optional)
✨ As the pears bake, the edges caramelize and the center becomes juicy, soft, and golden.
🔢 INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice pears in half, scoop out a shallow center, and brush with melted butter and honey.
Place in a baking dish, cut side up.
Roast for 25–30 minutes until tender and lightly caramelized.
While baking, mix blue cheese, figs, and walnuts in a bowl.
Remove pears from oven and stuff each with filling.
Return to oven for 5 more minutes to warm the cheese.
Drizzle generously with honey. 🍯
Sprinkle fresh thyme if using.
Serve warm as an appetizer or dessert.
