Heat a wok at medium heat with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Add the curry sauce ingredients: lemongrass, curcuma, coriander, and lime leaves. Stir well until you can smell the odor.
Put chicken fillets. Stir well.
Pour the coconut milk. Stir well. Wait a few minutes. You can add half a glass of water, but if you prefer tick curry, do not add water.
Put all the vegetables. Stir well.
Put tomatoes. Stir them.
Wait until the chicken is cooked. Eh Voila!
