For Citrus Infused LALO: Combine peels of two oranges with 1 bottle of LALO. Infuse for 24 hours.
For Citrus Oleo: Combine peels of two oranges, 1 grapefruit, and 3 lemons with 1 cup sugar. Let sit for 24 hours. Dissolve remaining sugar with ½ cup hot water.
For Citrus Blend: Combine equal parts orange, grapefruit, and lemon juice.
To make a batch for 10 servings: Combine 2 cups Citrus Infused LALO, 2 cups Citrus Blend, ¾ cup Aperol, and ¾ cup Citrus Oleo. Top with Prosecco or Club Soda.
For a single serving: Combine 1.5 oz Citrus Infused LALO, 1.5 oz Citrus Blend, .5 oz Aperol, and .5 oz Citrus Oleo. Top with Prosecco or Club Soda.
