Unstuffed Roasted Artichokes
  1. Dry the artichokes with paper towels

  2. Mix the olive oil, parsley, garlic, ½ lemon, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs in a bowl

  3. Add the artichokes and gently stir to coat

  4. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 425 for about 20 minutes

  5. Flip over and roast for another 10-12 minutes or until golden

  6. Add the other ½ of lemon juice to the melted butter to serve alongside
