Paratha Eggs
  1. Crack two eggs into a bowl

  2. Add cream or milk, salt and black pepper

  3. Whisk the egg mixture

  4. Add any desired vegetables like tomatoes, peppers and cilantro

  5. Cook the paratha

  6. In the same pan, cook the egg mixture

  7. Place the cooked paratha on top of the eggs

  8. Flip the paratha and eggs over to cook through

  9. Top with avocados, more cilantro and peppers
