Homemade Granola

4 cups oats

1 ½ cups seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, pecans,

1 T cinnamon

1 t. Vanilla

½ c Honey or maple syrup

½ c coconut oil

⅔ cup mini chocolate chips or dried fruit

Bake at 275 for 2 hours
