Roasted Broccolini with Gochujang, Ginger & Scallion Sauce (VEG page 223)
  1. Add the oil to a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil begins to shimmer, carefully place the broccolini in one even layer and season with the salt. Do not move the broccolini, in order to let it lightly char. After about 2 minutes, flip the broccolini and cook for another 2 minutes.

  2. Add the Vegedata Stock and lower the heat to medium to steam the broccolini. Cook until all of the liquid has evaporated and the broccolini is tender. Remove from heat.

  3. Add the Gochujang, Ginger & Scallion Sauce and toss in the same pan, that so residual heat helps to evenly coat the broccolini with sauce.

  4. Transfer to a platter, garnish with the Crispy Onions, and serve immediately.
