Crunchy, Cheesy Rice Paper Wrap
  1. Heat your fry pan and teaspoon some chilli oil then sprinkle over some mozzarella cheese.

  2. Place a rice paper sheet on top and some more mozzarella around the edges.

  3. Flatten it and let it sizzle.

  4. Crack your egg in the middle and then break the yolk after a minute.

  5. Sizzle for a few minutes and then fold it in half.

  6. Once golden and your egg is fluffy inside it’s ready.
